I absolutely love this seasoning! It is so useful when I want a hearty tasty bolognese sauce but I don’t have the time to be in the kitchen for hours on end. This spaghetti seasoning is practically like time travel with how much flavor it imparts! I will definitely be ordering more.
First of all, my very picky, 6 yr old grandson that only eats hotdogs, pizza, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches absolutely loved lasagna that was made with Hollyb’s! We begged him to try it and now he wants this lasagna all the time now.
A few days ago my husband requested meatloaf and in my pantry staring at me was my stash off hollyb’s so I thought what the heck let’s try it! I made a 2 and 1/2 lb. meatloaf, with the usual 2 eggs, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1- 12 oz. can tomato sauce and 1/2 a jar of hollyb’s. OMG so good!! My husband said it was my best meatloaf yet!! My wife is very serious about her Italian cooking. Having grown up in an Italian American/Jewish household, she is all about food. Some of her favorite dishes to make include Bolognese and Spaghetti and Meatballs. She has used Holly B's to speed up the prep process and give the sauce that special something. I am certainly far from an expert on Italian cuisine, but I am a picky eater, and I think this seasoning mix is fantastic. Certainly will be buying more when we run out.
